Quick pea soup
3 onions
1 bag of frozen peas
3 cloves of garlic
3 dl of water
1/2 cube of vegetable stock
3 tbls of Creme Fraiche (or cream)
Black pepper
Butter
Fry the onions in butter.
Add the rest of the ingredients (except for creme fraiche) and let boil for 5 minutes.
Then add the creme fraiche and blizz with a blender.

1,5 dl sparkling water
4 dl flour
0,5 dl wheat bran
