Smoked salmon on the bbq- Kylmäsavulohta grilliin

I found some draft posts in my blogger, so here's some memories of the summer in the middle of winter (yes, we have snow). This was a simple but very good smoked salmon parcel, with super flavoursome potatoes. 

Place some onion or spring onion on foil. 

Add boiled new potatoes, cut in chunks. 

Add some crushed garlic and oil, and top it all with a slice of smoked salmon. 

Wrap the parcel and place it on the grill.

Green salad with blue cheese is my favourite!
